On September 11, 2001 our country shook as four planes crashed in less than two hours. Millions mourned over the 3,000 people that died due to terror attacks carried out by members of an Islamic extremist group. At 8:46 a.m. Semptember 11, 2001 the first plane crashed into the World Trade Center hitting the North Tower. At 9:03 a second plane hit the World Trade Center hitting the South Tower. Only 34 minutes later, a third hijacked plane hit the Pentagon where 59 died who boarded the plane and 125 dead from inside the building. 10:07 the fourth and final plane crashed into a field in Pennsylvania leaving 40 dead. An hour and 20 minutes of non-stop terror will leave a daunting mark on our history forever.
As this happened million of questions instantly arose; Why? How? Who? These questions will be examined throughout this blog with the aid of an archive dedicated to this time in history: The September 11 Digital Archive (which is filled with items that include photos, personal artifacts, videos, etc.) We are not the only victim of this crime as these terrorist attacks happen all around the world and are still happening today. To be prepared or prevent another occurrence like this from happening again, it is important to examine this specific event in history.
Every September 11 we now remember and celebrate the lives of those who were victims of this crime.
UNITED WE STAND 
I like what you have hear. Looking at your about section, you seem to want to investigate the truth. The blog almost resembles a conspiracy site, but at the same time it’s good to play detective on issues that were thought to be closed. I also think you should expand what you’re looking at besides just the answers such as history or people that were effected if that wasn’t your plan already.

Great blog post! 9/11 is always a hard topic to talk about and is just unbelievable that something like this actually happen. As you said in your post, these events are still happening in this world and can be linked to attacks in Paris, Bussels, Nigeria and just recently Pakistan.

I’m very curious to see where this blog heads to in direction as it seems set up in a way that it could explore several different avenues. It could explore other similar terrorist events and compare to the 9/11 attack to understand why it keeps occurring in history. It could take a more “conspiracy” or investigative direction which would be engaging as the blogger can reveal less known truths about how this event came to be. Also maybe explaining how events like 9/11 can be more prevented in the future could definitely be considered as well.

Great topic choice. The subject of 9/11 can get anyone to stop and read this blog! I love the introduction you give by using facts about how many people were lost on that day. It is nice to think answers to this tragedy can still be uncovered, which is what it sounds like you are hinting at. nice job!

Great topic to choose and I love the image that you used to cloud your blog. I think that by you showing there is some time of answers and information that is still floating out there is a great way to attract readers (if I read right) because we are so used to it just being an attack but there really is so much more to it than we do not know.

I did not see where to comment under unsolved mysteries so this is my comment for that. I think that it is great how you included a section for unsolved mysteries just because after all, everyone still has questions! I think that this is a very presentable blog and the appearance goes with the topic! I would like you to include more info under unsolved mysteries, I think that part of the blog will really catch readers attention!

I wasn’t able to comment on the Unsolved Mystery section, so I am doing it on this page. There is an error with President George Bush’s name but that was the only error i really saw. I think this is an interesting topic, though i would be cautious about showing bias, it is hard because politics is a huge part in this tragic event. Overall i think this will be a great topic for your paper!

Great topic! I like the header photo, really grabbed my attention as soon as I got on the page. The Unsolved Mysteries part is great addition to this because many people still have questions about what went on that day. I also like the theme you picked. Everything is looking good!
